The Inquisitorial Authority of the States Scientific Orthodoxy

A Call for Scientific Evidence, Philosophical Depth, and Ethical Accountability

Just as Athenian authorities sentenced Socrates to death (399 BCE) and the Papal Inquisition burned Giordano Bruno (1600 CE) and Guillaume Bélibaste (1321 CE, the last Cathar) at the stake for “heresy,” the Icelandic Directorate of Health (DoH) suppresses my criticism of the COVID-19 vaccination campaign with a stark message: “Be silent, this must not be said nor revealed to the public” (Lambert 1998; Langlois 2019). On June 5, 2025, the DoH revoked my medical license, Dr. Guðmundur Karl Snæbjörnsson, without scientific evidence, data, or reason. As a co-founder of the World Council for Health (WCH, worldcouncilforhealth.org), I demand substantiation from the DoH; failing to prove my claims false transforms their accusations into defamation, punishable under Article 234 of the Icelandic Penal Code (General Penal Code No. 19/1940). Or do they seek more, given this ties to the vaccination campaign’s directive: “Be silent, this must not be said nor revealed to the public”

 

Colleagues, silenced by this orthodoxy yet urging me on, strengthen my resolve. Supported by data and hundreds of studies, I seek justice—guided by a quest for truth and human dignity, echoing Belibaste’s gnostic hope of a future return to build a just society (Langlois 2019).

 

Philosophical and Ethical Undercurrents

 

This suppression echoes Mattias Desmet’s mass formation theory, where fear-driven conformity blinds society to dissent (Desmet 2022). The DoH’s actions mirror Carl Jung’s warning of the collective unconscious succumbing to authoritarian archetypes, stifling individuation (Jung 1964). Hannah Arendt’s “banality of evil” frames bureaucrats enabling totalitarian drift without malice (Arendt 1963). Dietrich Bonhoeffer’s ethical resistance against Nazi oppression, sacrificing his life for truth, underscores the moral duty to oppose unjust authority (Bonhoeffer 1955). Historically, this parallels the Gnostic quest for hidden knowledge, as with the Cathars (Wakefield & Evans 1991), and resonates with Platonic ideals of justice, rooted in Socrates’ teachings (Plato, trans. 1992). This is a moral crisis challenging science, freedom, and the human spirit.

 

DoH Accusations: Baseless and a Tool for Suppression

 

On June 5, 2025, the DoH issued four accusations to silence my critique, echoing medieval inquisitions:

• My statements and appeals to the Parliamentary Ombudsman (April 18–June 3, 2025) “undermine trust” in healthcare.

• My claims lack “scientific grounding,” and seeking independent review is “improper interference” and “misuse of title.”

• The World Council for Health, where I am a co-founder, and North Group (northgroup.info) are “scientifically unsupported.”

• My mRNA vaccine remarks are “vague,” incite fear, reduce vaccination rates, and threaten public health.

Where is the evidence, DoH? My blog (kallisnae.blog.is) cites Jaafar et al. (2020) on RT-PCR unreliability (97.3–99.9% false positives), McKernan et al. (2025) on DNA contamination, and Iwasaki et al. (2025) on spike protein persistence (Jaafar et al. 2020; McKernan et al. 2025; Iwasaki et al. 2025). Statistics Iceland reports 30.5% excess mortality in 2022, 83.9% infant death rise in 2021, 15.0% birth decline from 2021–2023, and a 66% conception drop among vaccinated women in the Czech Republic (Statistics Iceland 2025; SMIS 2024). Denied data since 2020, including anonymized records in January 2024 (DoH 2024), their accusations risk defamation under Article 234 if unproven. More to offer, DoH?

The Inquisitorial Authority of State Scientific Orthodoxy: Suppression Over Science

The DoH acts as a modern Inquisition, condemning without proof, as with Socrates, Bruno, Bélibaste, and Joan of Arc. Its silence on my June 2025 radio challenge reflects Desmet’s mass formation (Desmet 2022), Jung’s shadow archetype (Jung 1964), and Arendt’s banal complicity (Arendt 1963). The absence of Y59 diagnoses—despite a 20.22% heart attack rise (I21)—echoes the Gnostic struggle against dogmatic erasure (Wakefield & Evans 1991), while Belibaste’s vision of a 700-year return inspires a hope for Platonic justice (Langlois 2019; Plato, trans. 1992). Bonhoeffer’s legacy of martyrdom further calls for ethical defiance (Bonhoeffer 1955). This is a state orthodoxy, not science. Are we in a new dark age?

 

Violation of Free Speech: Article 78 of the Constitution

 

The DoH breaches Article 78 of the Icelandic Constitution, guaranteeing free speech unless illegal (Constitution of Iceland 1944). My evidence-based claims on RT-PCR errors and vaccine links, rooted in WCH’s global advocacy, are lawful expression. The DoH’s accusations without legal basis echo Arendt’s totalitarian drift, punishing dissent like Bruno’s trial (Arendt 1963). My lawyers deem this unprecedented; I, as a physician, concur—this is governance without authority.

Systemic Bias: Statistics Iceland and RT-PCR

 

Statistics Iceland data reveal anomalies: 30.5% excess mortality, 83.9% infant death rise, 15.0% birth decline, and a 66% conception drop. Absent Y59 diagnoses and autopsies obscure spike protein links. Jaafar et al. (2020) highlight RT-PCR’s 97.3–99.9% false positives at Ct 35–40, skewing data (NEJM 2021), while Iceland’s Ct 40 persists despite WHO’s 2021 adjustment (WHO 2021; DoH 2025). The DoH’s refusal to investigate, punishing me instead, aligns with Desmet’s mass formation and Jung’s shadow (Desmet 2022; Jung 1964). UK autopsy delays mirror this bias (GOV.UK 2024; Marsh 2023).

Demands and Challenge

I demand the DoH provide data proving my claims false—now! Otherwise, their accusations are defamation under Article 234. Documents are accessible at Katrínartún 2 with my mandate (Snæbjörnsson 2025). An independent probe is urgent.
